Yes, we handle delivery and setup for all our balloon installations to ensure that your balloon decor is perfectly arranged. However, for certain items, we may allow for pickup. Please inquire about specific arrangements.
Please note that delivery charges may apply based on location and order size. We will strive to deliver your balloons at the agreed-upon time, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic.
Changes to your order can be accommodated as long as they are made at least 14 days before your event. Changes made after this period may incur a fee. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications you would like to make.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 5 days before the scheduled service are not refundable. However, rescheduling your event is permitted. Any payments made will automatically be transferred to the future service.
To ensure availability and allow for proper planning, we recommend booking our services at least 4-6 weeks in advance. For larger events or during peak seasons, booking even earlier is advisable.
Yes, our balloons are safe for both indoor and outdoor settings. However, we advise keeping balloons away from sharp objects, heat sources, and open flames to avoid damage. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the misuse of our balloons.
We only use a variety of high-quality professional-grade balloons, including latex and foil options, to create stunning designs. Each type of balloon has its own unique properties, and we select the best options based on your specific needs and the theme of your event.
Our pricing varies based on the complexity and scale of the design, materials used, as well as the cost of labor.
