TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
- A minimum purchase of $500 is required for all delivery orders.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required for orders exceeding $1,000 to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- For orders below $1,000, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card or online payment systems as specified during ordering.
- Late payments may result in order cancellation without a refund.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund, less the deposit.
- Cancellations made up to 10 days before the scheduled service may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the total order amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days before the event date are not eligible for refunds.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 14 days before the original scheduled service. Any payments made will automatically be transferred to future event services.
- Any balloon décor damaged by environmental factors or mishandling after delivery or setup will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery fees apply to all orders, with charges based on location and order size.
- We offer pick-up options for balloon garlands and specified rental items only.
- Delivery and setup will be scheduled based on your event details. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic, or access restrictions at the venue.
- Backdrops, stands, and other materials used for installations are the exclusive property of Royal Balloon Co., LLC. These materials are rented for the event and must be returned in good condition. Missing or damaged rental items will incur additional fees.
4. Balloon Safety and Care
- Balloons should be kept away from sharp objects, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, heat sources, and open flames to prevent damage.
- Balloons are not toys and should not be handled by young children without supervision.
- The Provider is not liable for injuries, damages, or allergic reactions resulting from the use or handling of balloons.
5. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property
- All balloon designs, concepts, photographs, and branding created by Royal Balloon Company, LLC ("Royal Balloon Co.") are the Provider's exclusive property.
- The Provider retains the right to use images of the setup and completed balloon installations for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Designs and products may not be replicated, reproduced, or distributed without written permission from Royal Balloon Co.
6. Modifications
- We reserve the right to update service prices, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notification to customers.
- Any changes to an order after confirmation must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
7. Force Majeure
- The Provider is not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
- In such cases, the Provider will work with the Client to reschedule services or provide an alternative solution.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, or the state of Maryland, based on the location of service.
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
By placing an order with Royal Balloon Co., LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
